Ordering
The Online Shop is open 24 hours a day. However, the store can be closed due to maintenance.
In order to shop at Sveiva.no you must be at least 18 years of age.

Prices
For orders within Norway: All prices on products, delivery charges and other services excluded value added tax (VAT).
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
At what point are you bound by your order?
The agreement is binding when the order is received by carbondesign.no. This happens the moment you have clicked “pay” and you will get a receipt on your screen. The receipt is an automated acknowledgment that means we have received your order.
Confirmation of the order
Once svevia.no receive your order we will look trough your order. We will accept or decline your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have accepted your order (order confirmation).

Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping worldwide with the postalservice
We will ship your order within 24 hours on working days.  Delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible
PLEASE NOTE! For international orders: Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Product inspection
If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. When the delivery is completed you beat the risk of the product(s) you have ordered.

Returns and exchanges
You will need to notice us about the return using our product return form within 14 days after you received your order, or else we will not accept it.
Returns are free if you wish to exchange products or into another size/color, we will then send you the shipping label after using our product return form.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
1. Use our product return form within 14 days after you received your order, or else we will not accept it.
2. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
3. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
When we receive and process your return it will take 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
When returning an order to us we recommend that you will track the shipment as you are responsible for the order until we receive it. You will need to pay the cost for shipping yourself.

Returning Defective Products
If your ordered product(s) have a defect or you received the wrong product(s) please contact us immediately by email at sveiva@sveiva.no. The claim shall be made when you discover the defect, and no longer more than two months.

Colors
We can not guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings on your computer, telephone and tablets. Please contact us if you have questions about our products.

sveiva.no may contain links to other websites which are not operated by us. We have no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
